Legal framework
Both private and industrial operators are legally required to have their facilities inspected by qualified experts. We conduct inspections in line with the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and the German Ordinance on Systems for the Processing of Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV). We also observe all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including the German Act on Making Products Available on the Market (ProdSG) in conjunction with the German Industrial Health and Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), the German Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (GefStoffV), the Firewater Retention Guideline (LöRüRL) and the Federal Emissions Control Act (BImSchG).
