In the federal state of Hesse, the earliest submission date is currently scheduled for late 2025 with a five-month deadline. Other federal states may have different regulations in place.

Emissions declarations follow a standardised format and must include details on the type and volume of air pollutants, their distribution over time and space, and specific conditions regarding their release into the atmosphere. To enhance the plausibility of emissions disclosures, data such as material throughput and composition must also be provided.

Any operator who fails to meet the submission deadline or provides incorrect information may be deemed to have committed a regulatory offence.

It’s best to be on the safe side. Our environmental engineering experts are here to guide you through the process and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can bank on our experience in handling complex data – and we can even enter it into the reporting system for you. We can collect the data needed for your emissions declaration on your own premises – or we can set up a call or email chain to exchange the relevant information.
